SUBJECT LINE: Action Required: Sign the Liability Form for Your Student

Dear Parents & Guardians,

The Hovercraft Project is heading to our school soon, and things are about to lift off (literally!)

Your student has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend the day building, designing, strategizing, and—yes—riding a
real, working hovercraft. But before we can launch into the most unforgettable STEM experience ever, we need your permission.

Please fill out and sign the Release of Liability Waiver through this link:

Here’s what’s in store on Project Day:
- Hands-on STEM experience
- Real-world learning with problem solving, teamwork & engineering
- A mix of science, art, tech, and plenty of joyful chaos
- Students literally hovering on rideable hovercrafts they build as a team
- Encouragement, empowerment, and a day they’ll never forget!

The Project is led by educator, inventor, and hovercraft whisperer Matthew Chase, who has spent years touring the
country blowing minds and rebuilding confidence through immersive education.
